To our overnight guests we offer a rich breakfast buffet with regional and homemade products as far as possible. From fresh rolls and bread to a healthy fruit and muesli bar to our sausage and cheese specialties, we leave nothing to be desired. Even in case of gluten intolerance, a voluntary renunciation of animal products or other restrictions, we send our guests into the day well fortified. We are happy to receive information in advance, if we should prepare for such a special diet.
We offer our breakfast buffet at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am to 10:30 am
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am
We are happy to offer lunch and dinner for our conference guests or other groups in individual arrangement with the organizer.
We do not have an à la carte restaurant for individual travelers. For those who are hungry and do not feel like eating in one of the many restaurants in the area, we offer a buffet lunch or a simple cold dinner.
