The house has an elevator with which you can reach all floors and almost all meeting rooms. Some of our rooms are equipped barrier-free. Please inform us in advance about a restriction - so we can arrange your stay for you without restrictions.

Frankfurt Airport is about 40 km away from Mainz. By train from the station Römisches Theater (7 minutes walk from Erbacher Hof) you need between 20 and 30 minutes.

From 3 pm your room will be at your disposal. In our luggage room we store your luggage safely even earlier. So you can already explore the charming old town of Mainz carefree.

There are other banks in the immediate vicinity of Erbacher Hof. Please ask for them at the reception.

You may lock your bike you brought with you to the bicycle stand in our courtyard or store it even more safely in our bicycle cellar, with e-bike charging station and small workshop.

You would like to explore the city by bike, but don't have your own with you? There is a Mainzer Mobilität bicycle station directly in front of the Erbacher Hof. Using the "meinRad" app, you can rent bikes here easily and flexibly. Here you should note that a one-time verification of your identity takes place via the app. This can take a few hours - so better set up the day before your tour.

Our rich breakfast buffet is ready for you in our restaurant on the second floor from 6:30 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on weekends. You have to leave earlier? We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you - please let us know the night before.

The stops Fischtor, Rheingoldhalle | Rathaus or Höfchen | Listmann (each about 5 minutes walk), the station Römisches Theater (7 minutes walk) or the Mainz main station (20 minutes walk) are closest to our hotel. At the reception we will give you information about the best connections.

Your room will be at your disposal until 11:00 am on the day of departure. We will store your luggage safely in our luggage room for the rest of the day - in case you still want to use the day in Mainz. 

Services are held regularly in the neighboring churches and the cathedral. You are cordially invited to attend them. You will find a schedule of services on our bulletin board in the entrance area.

Our bed linen is suitable for allergy sufferers. We will be happy to bring additional comforters or other pillows to your room upon request.

Something is not to your complete satisfaction? Please let us know immediately. This is the only way we can react to it and find a solution - we're sure to find one!

All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector for your safety.

On your room door you will find important information for emergencies. Please read them carefully.

If you have forgotten something - your toothbrush, your nail file or something else - we will be happy to help you out.

We keep lost property in our house for 6 months. Please feel free to ask us if you are missing something. You can pick up the things from us or we will send them to you for a shipping fee of 15 euros.

The Mainzer Marktfrühstück takes place during the warm months as part of the Mainzer Wochenmarkt. Every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mainz vintners serve wine on Liebfrauenplatz. "Weck un Worscht" to go with the "Woi" (bread rolls and sausage to go with the wine) is available at the surrounding butcher stands (until 2:00 p.m.). Immerse yourself in the sociability of Mainz and let yourself drift.

You had a cheerful evening and arrive at the house in a good mood? That makes us happy! Please be considerate of our other guests who may want to sleep, especially from 23:00 to 07:00, and keep as quiet as possible.

The Erbacher Hof has a small underground parking garage. The parking spaces can be used for a fee (11€ per night for overnight guests) - as long as some are available. There are other parking garages in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, it is not possible to park the car on the street, as we are in a very central location.

There are other parking garages at Fort Malakoff as well as at the Brand, both within walking distance of our facility.

Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and can be reached by phone at extension 3-511.

You can find our shoe shine machine a bit hidden on the first floor. Talk to us, we will show it to you.

You are located directly in the old town of Mainz with many stores of all kinds in the immediate vicinity. In addition, on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 07:00 to 14:00 the Mainz weekly market takes place around the cathedral, with many regional producers of excellent food.

Smoking is prohibited in all interior rooms and on the balconies of the Erbacher Hof. In our outdoor area in the courtyard you will find ashtrays - smoking is allowed here. The smoking ban on the balconies is primarily for fire protection - since we are located in the middle of the old town of Mainz, flying embers can be dangerous for our neighboring buildings.

In case of smoking in our indoor rooms despite the ban, we take the liberty to charge the costs for intensive cleaning of the room and possible losses due to non-renting to the causer. Surely you have understanding for this.

You can get stamps at our reception. We are also happy to receive your mail to send.

The mainzStore | Tourist Info is located directly on Domplatz (Markt 17) and offers a lot of information as well as great souvenirs. The app "MAINZ - the official app" also helps you not to miss anything.

Should our beautiful Mainz not show itself from the sunny side, we will gladly lend you umbrellas at the reception.

On the first floor you will find our trunk, where there are lockers. Here you can safely deposit your valuables.
